Thank you for selecting Handyman Heroes, Inc to estimate your current home maintenance project. It was very nice speaking with you, & seeing your beautiful house.
I am attaching a .PDF copy of the promised estimate for the front stairs replacement project we discussed. Hard copies will be mailed upon request. And please excuse the delay we experienced waiting for input/pricing from our pre-cast stair supplier.
A deposit (check payable to Handyman Heroes, Inc.) of $320.00 (or the greater amount of either: 1/3 the selected projects’ total estimated materials & labor costs; or 100% of the cost of materials) is due with signed proposal. Progress payment(s) is due upon request. Balance due upon completion of work. This proposal expires in 10 days.
Stated prices are fixed-price estimates based upon best available data (unless specifically marked as “TIME & MATERIALS” Projects), inclusive of labor and materials. Prices are specific to scope of work described above, and subject to confirmation and adjustment by onsite project manager. Materials prices may be adjusted if local suppliers' pricing is significantly different than estimated. Cost for any additional work requested by customer & not described above will be detailed in a “change order”, added to the final invoice, and the responsibility of the homeowner. Every reasonable effort made to keep actual costs as close as possible to estimated ones.
